Made by Susie and Digby Cullen in the mighty Margaret River region with plenty of help from friends and family.
At the turn of the new millennium, Gastroenterologist and former Busselton-boy, Dr Digby Cullen embarked on a new venture. Commissioning friends and family, he planted 1800 olive trees on former cattle country, long held by the family. Less than 2 kilometres from the Indian Ocean, facing east-west, with exceptional aspect and soils of gravelly loam, it was perfect - the trees thrived! Today, those trees are farmed organically and produce deliciously concentrated, zesty and peppery oils. Enjoy liberally!

This mischievous 'Diggers' cartoon was hand-drawn by Susie's Dad in 1985 (firmly with his tongue-in-cheek). Much like our olive oil, it is unique and hand crafted, with a healthy dash of joie de vivre. It just seemed right to pop it on the bottle!
